In this session, we will talk through why negotiating feels hard, the barriers and pitfalls, and how to create successful wins for yourself and team. I will introduce user-friendly strategies that are applicable to the workplace and beyond.
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
- Build a new understanding of negotiating and influencing.
- Explore negotiation styles and how to respond.
- Learn how to adapt mid-conversation.
- Identify how to overcome objections.
