EPIC Allies

Take the EPIC Individual Challenge

Are you an advocate for advancing women leaders?

Be EPIC! It’s simple. Pledge your support for advancing women leaders here and get access to resources for yourself and to share with your colleagues and leaders.

Each year, companies who take the EPIC Corporate Challenge, hold their organizations accountable by taking the voluntary EPIC survey. They reflect, specifically, on how they have advanced women leaders over the past year based on five key metrics.

Since it asks questions about the organizations as a whole, it does not track the needs and challenges of employees.

In 2021, we continue to be intentional about personal leadership development and needs for advocacy by expanding EPIC to include individual members who make a commitment to actively advocate for our EPIC core metrics: recruitment and retention of women, increasing the number of women of color in leadership positions, increasing the number of women on boards of directors, and pay equity.
