LEVEL UP MANUFACTURING BY WLC CLASS ANNOUNCED

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Women Lead Change has announced the first-ever class for Level Up Manufacturing, a development program designed to support women and men in the industry in gaining leadership insight, skills and experiences. The six-week program launches this month.

Weekly learning sessions will focus on Leadership Presence, Emotional Intelligence, Fierce Conversations, Inclusive Cultures, and Growth Mindset.
