Iowa Women Lead Change (IWLC) announced today that the organization has hired two new staff members.

Ann Reihmann has been hired as IWLC creative strategist and will be responsible for the visual execution of IWLC’s strategic communications initiatives, including design of print publications, event promotion and materials, design of development deliverables, and website updates and graphics. Ms. Reihmann is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design. She has previously worked as a freelance graphic designer in Kansas City and as an apprentice with Meredith Corporation’s Traditional Home Magazine. While a student at ISU, Ms. Reihmann founded Revival, a bi-yearly 80-page magazine and oversaw a staff of 90. Ms. Reihmann will be based in IWLC’s Cedar Rapids office.

Bobbi Segura has been hired as IWLC regional manager, supporting organizational efforts in Central Iowa and Sioux City. She will be based in Des Moines. She founded B.Segura Consultants, a marketing and business development firm, in 2008. She has served as a partner/member of Plum Communications, LLC, a collaborative group of writers, designers and marketing entrepreneurs, and worked as a national sales account executive for a commercial printer located in Des Moines and was co-owner of the award winning graphic design firm Designgroup, Inc.

“I am pleased that Ann and Bobbi have joined the IWLC team,” says Diane Ramsey, IWLC chief executive officer. “Their knowledge and creativity, as well as their commitment to furthering women’s leadership, will serve IWLC well in its efforts to create awareness and understanding of the importance, relevance and impact of women’s leadership across the state.”
