The 21st Century Leadership Lab for Men is a four-session virtual lab intended for 30 professional men at the director level and above. Participants will meet virtually for 2 hours each week to gain the insights, strategies, and tools they need to become inclusive leaders.

Participants will develop a personal action plan that helps both them and their companies meet the challenges of the new world of work.
