Rachel has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Health Science. She is also a Licensed Thriving Workplace Culture Coach and Health Coach. She has worked with dozens of organizations, including Deloitte, Citizens Bank, Junior Achievement, and the American Heart Association and has been featured in Thrive Global, mindbodygreen and as a guest on over 30 podcasts.
